How will I receive the files?

Files can be delivered in organised folders, in standard formats such as JPEG or PDF, on a USB key, CD-ROM or via a download link.

How long does scanning take?

Turnaround depends on the volume, the type of originals and the level of sorting requested. Small batches can usually be processed more quickly.

Do you handle large family archives?

Yes. Large volumes can be processed with a tailored quote based on the quantity and the level of organisation you want.

How are the originals handled?

Originals are handled with care throughout the scanning and returned afterwards. For a fragile or old batch, simply mention it when you get in touch.

Can I request a quote before entrusting my originals?
